I was experimenting with pop chords in an attempt to make a plain boring chord progression sound more interesting by adding more sub-melodies and direction within the chord movements. It started to sound really cool, and then I thought “Screw it, I’m going to rock-ify it!” and added drums, bass and distortion. Now it sounds like something straight out of a transformers movie.
This is an export straight out of the software. Note that Guitar pro is not a proper DAW designed for music production with high quality sound banks, instead this software is designed for composition writing, learning and sharing. So the Audio below is a MIDI export using guitar pro’s sound bank, not real instruments.
